Housing Diversity

Professor Gerard Reinmuth has led a major research project with the NSW housing agency Landcom, combimning researchers from UTS (Project Lead), UWS, UNSW and with TERROIR offering in-kind support.

The research examines the “diversity gap” in housing in NSW and in particular the regulatory, tenure and finance/banking barriers to implementing housing types that would address those with needs beyond the simple and outdated nuclear family model.
