TERROIR: Looking to the future

We are excited to announce today a major restructure of the practice to enhance our capacity and capability in what we do today, while also putting in place the groundwork for our future evolution in the coming decade. In this evolution, we aim to strengthen our position as a thought leader in the field while increasing our capacity to deliver projects that connect people and place. While this is TERROIR’s longstanding approach, it is now increasing in urgency and importance given the multiple dilemmas posed by a changing climate.

Central to the restructure is the announcement of four Principals across four focus areas: Cassandra Kiss (Business Development), David McPeak (Projects), Mikkel Møller Roesdahl (Research and Innovation) and Emily Slevin (Practice). Dave, Cassandra, Mikkel and Emily are an exceptional team who will work alongside the Founding Directors in further developing the practice and its expertise.

The Principal group will be supported by Kimberley Angangan (Sydney) and Mitchell Gardoll (Hobart) who take on a newly introduced Studio Lead role in their respective offices. Our brilliant team of Associates – Isabella Buddee, Joshua Lynch and Paul Sayers – round out a formidable leadership group that collectively has more than 75 years collective experience at TERROIR.
