The relationship between TERROIR and Ipoh commenced with work on the QVB Art Museum in 1998 in our role as Tenancy Coordinators for all tenancy fitouts across Ipoh's CBD portfolio. This long-term association was a testament to the strong collaborative relationship which exists between a wide range of staff in the two organisations over many years.
QVB is the jewel in the crown of the portfolio which Ipoh was responsible for restoring in 1986 at a cost of 86 million dollars. Ipoh are also owners of The Strand Arcade, The Galeries Victoria, 1 Martin Place and Chifley Square.
