Kim Ohrstrom

Kim graduate from Lund School of architecture (Lund University, Sweden) in 2016 where she won the major student prize, before joining TERROIR at the start of 2017.  This is her second stint in Sydney after having studied here at the University of Sydney in 2013/2014.

Kim's research work has focused on urban strategies for the accommodation of refugees and in particular how housing design might assist with questons of integration.  These questions arise given that Malmo - the "capital" of southern Sweden (where Lund is also located) has been a major centre for refugee relocations in Sweden.

Prior to joining TERROIR, Kim has also worked with TERROIR colleague NORD Architects from Copenhagen and taught as a studio assistant at the architecture school in Lund.
